I just checked with my long distance provider, and I get no deals whatsoever calling your neck of the woods. For the price of a five minute call to Nigeria I can get an hour with a "pro" AND a hotel room (albeit on the bad side of town). Not that I'd need more than 5 minutes for that alternative either, but the cost/benefit ratio of the latter situation appeals to my mid-life crisis sensibilities.
